1/2 PVC Drilling Guide for pixel mounting

Designed to be mounted to a bench or drill press, this guide will make it easier to drill all those holes in 1/2 PVC for pixel outlines using 2811 RGB Bullet Node Pixels.  With holes every inch, simply insert a bolt in the correct hole and drill away.
